MRS. Stocker sued Mrs. Newcomb to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. We refer to the parties as plaintiff and defendant, as aligned at the trial. At the close of plaintiffs testimony, the court overruled defendants motion for a nonsuit, but at the close of all testimony, directed a verdict for defendant. Judgment of dismissal followed and plaintiff assigns error.
